I did this in the summer of last year. It's probably one of my favorite bits of work, although it took a while to gather pace in terms of views/comments at FAC. The most time consuming part of it was drawing all the scales on her dress. And as I had to point out at FAC, if you aren't familiar with Celia, you might need told she has (at least) 3 tentacle-like legs, just in case you thought I'd accidentally drawn too many, or as one person thought, I'd drawn her with incredibly muscly thighs.
